The author is a 35 year-old who is an attorney for a Justice on the Alabama Supreme Court. Formerly he practiced constitutional law for a non-profit legal organization. He earned his B.A. in history from Wheaton College (IL.) and his law degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach. He holds licenses to practice in Ohio and Alabama. He is inspired by the writings of Whittaker Chambers, C.S. Lewis, Fyodor Dostoevsky, John Milton, the Founding Fathers, and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. He is a huge Nebraska Cornhuskers football fan, an unabashed Cincinnati Reds fan, and has felt a tinge of sadness about professional basketball ever since the Air was let out of the gym by the final retirement of Mr. Jordan. He is happily married to the woman beyond his dreams who makes each day better just by being there, he has an amazing son who never fails to brighten every day, and in his free time he reads, writes, reads, writes, and, oh yes, reads and writes.
